Description

Greenseal Polysulphide Sealant is a two part elastomeric polysulphide sealant used for sealing joints in building and civil engineering structures. The sealant cures to a tough resilient elastomer that will bond to most construction substrates and durable when used in joints of hydraulic structures.

USES
Greenseal Polysulphide Sealant is used for caulking and sealing joints subject to concrete movement to provide a firm, flexible, weather-tight seal. It is ideal for sealing joints on:

  1. Structural cracks and column
  2. Swimming pool.
  3. Applicable for both interior and exterior use.
  4. Building substructures and facades
  5. Roof Expansion Joint.
  6. Tunnels and subways.
  7. Floors and paved areas.
  8. Water retaining structures.
  9. Rivet seams on steel tanks.
  10. Rivet of metal roof.

SURFACE PREPARATIONS
Apply only to clean, dry and sound concrete substrates that are free of all coatings, sealers, curing compounds, oils, greases or any other contaminants. Concrete shall be cured for a minimum period of 28 days and be completely dry at the time of application.

POT LIFE (MIXED)
Greenseal Polysulphide Sealant when after mixed can last up to 4 hours.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE :

Greenseal Injection Grout has a shelf life of 24
months. Store the material in a cool dry place.

CONSUMPTION :

The rate of mixing water is approx. 0.15-0.25 liter
per kg. Coverage: 2kg / m2 /1mm thick
