GREENSEAL 411 PCE SP ADMIXTURE.

Description

Greenseal 411 PCE SP is a polymer modified, polycarboxylate-based superplasticizer. It is used as an admixture for concrete to promote flowability of concrete and water reducing properties whilst not compromising other properties in the concrete.

COMPATIBILITY
Greenseal 411 PCE SP can be used with all types of Portland cement and cement replacement materials. It is recommended to add Greenseal 411 PCE SP near the end batch sequence for
optimum performance. Greenseal 411 PCE SP is compatible with most Greenseal Admixtures but for use with other types of additives and retarder, please consult a Greenseal Technical Team.

DOSAGE:
Greenseal 411 PCE SP is a readily dispersible liquid admixture. The recommended dosage rate of Greenseal 411 PCE SP is at 500 to 1500 mL/100kg of cementitious material in the mix. Trial mix should be conducted to determine the optimum dosage of Greenseal 411 PCE SP required to meet the concrete specification requirements with the actual design mix and material.

OVERDOSAGE
When overdosage of Greenseal 411 PCE SP, the following may occur;

1. Retardation in concrete
2. Increase in flowability of concrete
3. Water bleeding from concrete
4. Slight increase in ultimate concrete strength
