Description

Greenseal Everpol is a prefabricated membrane manufactured with a selection of distilled bitumen and atactic polypropylene (APP). This makes it a flexible product capable to withstand echanical stress including that which occurs while it is being laid. This makes for a flexible product able to stand up to mechanical stress including that which occurs while it is being laid. Greenseal Everpol has a double reinforcement: non-woven polyester and a glass web. The function of the glass web is to ensure that no changes in dimensions occur, even under sizable
thermal shocks. It provides the ideal solution to all waterproofing problems in civil and industrial construction: from basement below water bed to the most complex of roofing. Greenseal Everpol has been manufactured and tested to satisfy the specifications of the countries for which it has been designed, and taking into consideration the climatic conditions and the stresses
that the material will have to endure. Greenseal Everpol roofing does not need any protection and can be walked across, when maintenance work has to be done on it. If damaged, it is simple to repair. Waterproofing with Greenseal Everpol provides the most modern and technologically advanced solution to all roofing problems. The mixtures of distilled bitumen and atactic polypropylene (APP) that are used are ideally suited to stand up for years of the most varied kinds of atmospheric degradation. The technology of bitumen modified with APP was discovered in Italy and has conquered the world. Greenseal Everpol is the best example of this successful experience. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
EQUIPMENT REQUIRE FOR APPLICATION

1. A large brush, paint brush
2. A propane torch
3. A bottle of propane gas
4. A trowel
5. A cutting knife

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surface preparations are required before applying
Greenseal Everpol Torch on Membrane.

1. The surface of roof slabs to be water proofed should be structurally sound and free from all debris, oil, loose dirt, dust and any deleterious matter. All concrete and cement mortar struck on shall be removed and chiselled out if necessary. If the surface is uneven or ponding in areas or the roof is not cast to fall, a layer of cement /sand screed (1:4 mix) to an average finished thickness of 1 shall be laid to fall of 1:20, finished even and smooth.
2. Brush applies a single coat of Greenseal Everpol primer onto the prepared surface at a rate of 0.25Kg/m2.
3. The surfaces should be dry and brushed free of any loose stones, debris or prior to priming. Allow the primer to dry completely before laying the waterproofing membrane.

PRECAUTION
Bubbling may occur if apply on substrates that are wet and without primer apply.
