GREENSEAL 501.

Description

Greenseal 501 is a curing compound on polymer emulsion liquid compound.

MAIN PURPOSE
To protect fresh concrete surfaces from the undesirable effects associated with too rapid evaporation of surface moisture. This protection is achieved by spraying Greenseal 501 on to the fresh concrete surface which rapidly forms an impermeable skin over the concrete surface as soon as possible after final trowelling. This will provides a film of high water retention enabling curing of the concrete by reducing loss of water from the concrete.

ADVANTAGES
Greenseal 501 provides a labour-saving method of ensuring all fresh concrete is cured properly without the use of continuous wetting or cession stretched over the concrete surface. When used in accordance with our  nstructions, the membrane will gradually disappear through traffic and weathering. It can reduce surface shrinkage and cracking by elimination moisture loss from exposed surfaces.

COVERAGE
6 m2 per 1 Litre Greenseal 501. In your own interest please do not apply more than this quantity, as no additional protection is achieved by doing so.

PACKING
In drums containing 20 L and 200 L
STORAGE
All containers must be kept sealed and stored under cover with no exposure to the sun.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Eyes : In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention.

Skin : In case of contact, wash promptly with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Seek medical attention if irritation develops and persists. Wash clothing before reuse. Thoroughly clean shoes before  euse.
